You must hit something such as a rock or a log, and press pause at the same time.The screen will move up or down.
Side way run
If you time just right while on a tilt sideways obstacle, you can jump while near the end, and land just right on the end of the obstacle. When done properly, there will be a glitch which makes the character look like they're running sideways, although you will still have to do the normal actions for the other obstacles after.
