Selene Celeste is one of the limited time/premium characters that can be bought in store for $0.99 during Halloween 2020 in Temple Run 2, (she was later made permanent with her Ocean Explorer outfit).
In the Winter Toyland 2021 update, she returned along with other premium characters (excluding NFL football players), and can be purchased in store or in the runner select screen for a limited time.
In the March 2024 Holi Festival update. She can be purchased by buying the Women's Day Bundle along with other female characters for $2.99 for International Women's Day.
In October she was added as a playable character in Temple Run+. She can be purchased for 25,000 coins.
